Our cookers are custom designed to fit your individual needs. We offer sizes from the compact 10# Lab Scale Cooker to the 4000# batch cooker. You can choose from twin or single screw models. Our engineers will customize your cooker to the exact specifications your application requires.

• Each of our cookers comes standard with interlock safety switches, and safety guards to help prevent harmful and costly accidents.

• We provide heated and insulated jackets, and also the ability to pull vacuum if needed.

• Loos Machine Cookers feature USDA approved front and rear shaft seals, and also meet 3A Standards set for the dairy industry.

• All of our cookers are stainless Steel constructed with 316L product contact surfaces.

• We use Bradley controls on our fully automated cookers, including Chart Recorders, and Variable Speed Frequency Drive
