This is a technical/hands-on traveling position on the first shift with required weekend work. This position is 10 days on with 4 days off. You will be responsible for complete and accurate installation tasks for Loos Machine & Automation. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design & development of food-grade equipment and systems from customer product specifications to our sales department.
Interested candidates should be self-motivated, team-oriented, reliable, and mechanically inclined. The position requires good communication skills and strong attention to detail. Time management and the ability to work under daily deadlines while complying with safety policies are essential to the success of our growing team.
This role is responsible for procuring process piping systems and related materials to support custom-built solutions for food manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will work primarily from our facility, collaborating with internal teams to develop material lists and quotes, with occasional travel to customer sites for project scoping and solution development.
